You can handle the basics on the go, but for the "big picture," we recommend switching to a larger screen! Designing a floor plan is much easier when you can see the whole room at once.

- Use the Mobile App for quick updates. You can assign guests to specific tables in "List Mode" while using the app. This is perfect for when you're out to dinner and finally remember where your cousin should sit!
- Switch to Desktop for the full layout. To create a complete Table Plan—which includes moving tables around a virtual room and choosing between round, square, or long table shapes—you’ll need to access the tool from a computer.
- Sync in real-time. Don't worry about double-entry; any changes you make on your computer will reflect in your guest list on the app immediately!
- Check for "Unassigned" guests. On either device, look for the "Unassigned" list to make sure no one is left standing when the music starts.
- Pro-tip: Once your plan is perfect, you can export the layout as a PDF to give your venue and catering team a clear map for service.
