Why did my profile data disappear?

  • Verify your email address. Double-check that you are logged in with the exact email address you used for your initial registration. Even a small typo can lead you to a blank profile.
     
  • Watch out for the "Social Media Trap." It’s easy to accidentally create a second, empty profile by clicking "Log in with Facebook," "Apple," or "Google" if your original account was set up with a standard email and password.
